Access to the boat is via the bathing platform which can be boarded from either side with a transom door to starboard, a split-level cockpit provides ample seating for at least 10 people with a double helm seat. There is a wet bar area with a fridge and storage lockers. The bathing platform and cockpit are laid to teak, and the cockpit area has recently been sanded and re caulked. A table can be positioned either in the lower or upper cockpit area.
The companionway has a large sliding glass door, which slides to one side with four steps leading down into the saloon.
Ra is fitted with a five outlet Eberspacher diesel heater, including one outlet in the cockpit. The controls are above the doorway to the aft cabin.
To the starboard side is the galley, which is well equipped with 2 sinks, Eno 3 burner gas hob, Combination Microwave Oven, under counter fridge with small freezer compartment, wine rack and a good range of storage cupboards and drawers.
Forward of the galley is a seating area with two movable seats with storage cupboards behind. To the side is the control unit for the generator. Above the seating cupboard doors provide access to a flat screen TV and Stereo, and above this are two control panels, one for the 220V mains supply and the other for low voltage systems, both have touch controls and built-in circuit breakers.
To port, the saloon dinette features a folding leaf table and when fully extended will seat 5 adults around the L-shaped seating, plus two more on the moveable seats. Overhead are 3 storage lockers.
The L-shaped seating easily converts to a large double with infill cushions that are stored in the large lazarette beneath the saloon floor.
A sliding door leads to the forward owner’s cabin with a large double berth with 4 drawers beneath and a storage locker overhead, single wardrobe, full length mirror and access door to the ensuite equipped with a toilet, wash basin and shower. There is also a doorway leading to the saloon for general day use.
The aft cabin is stepped down from the saloon and unusually, has room for 3 adults. This is arranged with twin berths athwartships on the starboard side, that can be converted into a double and a single berth (aligned fore and aft) on the port side. There is good storage throughout and access to its own ensuite equipped with a sea toilet, wash basin and shower.
Both the fore and aft heads sea cocks and through hulls have been replaced in the current ownership with TruDesign composite seacocks and through hills.
