1994 – Callisto 465 with a Perkins M90 83HP engine

This boat is exceptional – Oyeebo is a Callisto 465 Bermudan Sloop built by Croft and Metzradt to a Bill Dixon design. The vessel is a stretched version of the Callisto 435 and was built to full Lloyds specification. The hull and deck were commissioned in 1994 but the professional fit out by Croft Marine Projects was paused in 1996 for financial reasons. The vessel was laid up in a partly completed condition until it passed through the hands of a brokerage and was purchased by the present owner in 2006. It was moved by road to Northern Ireland where the remaining fit out was professionally completed.

The vessel was first launched into commission on the 19th October 2009.

The owner and his family have lived aboard since its launch and have cruised the boat in UK and Irish waters, Spain, Portugal and the Atlantic Islands including the Azores.

As a long distance cruiser and liveaboard, the vessel has been maintained to a very high standard and is presented for sale in exceptional condition.
