2023 – Cornish Crabbers Pilot Cutter 30 with a Yanmar 3YM30AE Engine

Launched in September 2023 on the Beaulieu River, Jubbly has been very lightly used by her sole owners and has accumulated just 36.9 hours on her engine.

Unfortunately, due to work commitments and being unable to use the boat as they had originally intended, her owners have reluctantly decided to place her on the market. This represents an excellent opportunity to acquire a very lightly used example, which has been carefully enjoyed and maintained from new.

Construction
Hand laid GRP hull, deck and interior moldings. Hull in off white with the hull top plank in dark blue. Deck in off white and parchment. The hull and deck joint is by way of a ‘biscuit tin’ joint with plexus/ GRP bonding. Twin external hard wood rubbing bands. Laminated plywood rudder with stainless steel hangings and tiller hood. Wooden tiller.

Engineering
Yanmar 3YM30 inboard diesel engine with 103ltr fixed plastic tank and associated engineering and stern gear. Upgraded FeatherStream feathering propellor. Electric bow thruster. Dedicated engine starting battery and 2 house batteries with isolation switch, electric switch panel and fuel gauge.

Interior

Interior finished in Oak, 4 berths and heads forward. Upholstery in Linara Pebble. Manual and electric automatic bilge pump,2 x fire extinguishers, 2 x opening hatches, galley complete with a GN Espace Levante 3 gimballed 3-burner marine cooker, electric water pump and stainless-steel sink.

On Deck
Stainless steel mooring cleats and samson post with pivoting bow sprit. Strong stainless-steel tabernacle. Two round ports into cabin space. Sliding hatch garage with varnished wooden wash boards. Top quality deck gear with adjustable sail trimming cars and tracks and associated jammers.

Sales and Rigging
The main mast and spars are from Sitka Spruce, treated with Sikkens as standard. The standing rigging is in 1 x 19 stainless wire and all bespoke mast fittings are in stainless steel. Mainsail, jib & staysail  are in cream with a dark blue UV strip. Mainsail Cover in dark blue. Both furling systems have been upgraded to Selden Furlex system.
